We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or significantly different from what you ordered (e.g., incorrect item, missing parts, or non-functional).
  • Claims related to minor variations in product color (due to lighting or screen differences) or slight size/weight variations (within permissible tolerance) will not qualify for returns.
  • The request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

Steps to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To ensure a quick resolution, please follow these steps:

  1. Unboxing Video: Record a video while unboxing the product to serve as proof.
  2. Shipping Label Image: Take a clear picture of the shipping label for reference.
  3. Product Images: Provide photos of the item received, highlighting any defects or issues.
  4. Verification Call: Our team will confirm the issue and eligibility during a verification call.

Return Guidelines

  • The product must be returned in its original condition, including all tags, accessories, and packaging.
  • We reserve the right to reject returns if the item is used, altered, or not in its original packaging.

Refund Process

Once we receive and verify the returned product:

  • A refund will be initiated within 7 business days.
  • Non-Refundable: If the product is not returned in its original condition, no refund will be issued.

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  • Upon receiving your request, we will arrange for a reverse pickup within 2-3 business days.
  • A replacement product will be dispatched within 4 days after verifying the returned item.
  • For exchanges due to size, style, or preference changes, additional shipping charges will apply.
