Shipping Timelines
- Order Processing: All orders are processed and dispatched within 4-7 business days.
- Delivery Time: Shipping duration depends on the delivery location and courier service but typically ranges between 4-10 business days.
- Exceptions: Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If there is an unexpected delay in processing or shipping, we will notify you via email or phone.
Same-Day Dispatch
We offer same-day dispatch for certain orders placed before the cut-off time. Availability of this service may vary based on stock and logistics.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout based on the destination and weight of the order.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details during checkout. If you realize an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately to update it.
Note:
- If the order has already been shipped, Ms Lights cannot guarantee address corrections.
- Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may incur additional charges for reshipping.
Undeliverable Orders
If a package is deemed undeliverable due to an incorrect address or refusal to accept the parcel, the customer may be subject to a restocking fee.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Ms Lights is not liable for packages marked as “Delivered” by the courier service but not received by the customer. In such cases, we recommend contacting your local delivery service provider to resolve the issue.
Out-of-Stock Items
In the rare event that an item in your order is out of stock:
- We will notify you and hold your order until all items are available for dispatch, or
- Offer to ship the available items while processing the remaining as a separate shipment.
Import Duties and Taxes
For international shipments (if applicable):
- Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and must be settled upon the package’s arrival in the destination country.
Return Requests
- Ms Lights accepts return requests within 7 days of delivery.
- Returned items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund or exchange.
